I dont believe in gods because my parents were wise enough not to indoctrinate me at an early age, prefering my and my siblings to make up our own minds. My lifes experiences have taught me that there is no need to believe in any supernatural rubbish or superstitious religious nonsense. I have always been interested in the cosmos, science and rational thought. I did give religion a go, but it didnt last wrong ... by the age of 15 I was probably an atheist even though I didnt really undertand that my worldview was at odds with the bulk of humans on this planet.

My name is John, living in Spain, I am 51 and have seen, read, deduced nothing to change my point of view. In fact, todays world is more religious and therefor a more dangerous place thanks to the bible thumpers with their hate, intolerance, dogmatic closed
minded and simply minded view of the wonders of this universe. I gave up talking to theist a long time ago. Life is too short to waste on brain dead brainwashed idiots. If I have any advice for a believer its simply this :

"People that believe in a Hell deserve to go there."
